Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler teacher is tasked with implementing the aea curriculum through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities while fostering a positive learning environment. Key duties include conducting child assessments, holding formal parent meetings, maintaining classroom appearance and safety, and completing necessary administrative paperwork.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a child development associate (Cda) credential or higher education/Training in early childhood education. Required attributes include classroom teaching experience in an accredited facility, a pleasant and outgoing personality, and a high degree of professionalism and dependability.
