Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician implements behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a bcba to support clients with autism and developmental disabilities. They provide one-On-One therapy, collect accurate progress data, and assist in building essential communication and social skills.

Candidates must hold an active rbt certification and a valid cpr certification approved by the aha. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to travel to various client locations and meet specific physical requirements.
