Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, designing evidence-Based goals, and supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) while ensuring compliance with insurance standards. The role also requires conducting regular parent training, participating in clinical meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation and billing practices.

Candidates must possess current and active board certification as a behavior analyst (Bcba) by the bacb, along with applicable state licensure if required. Required experience includes working with children aged 0-16 implementing aba principles, with 0-5 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
