Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

The registered behavior technician implements behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a bcba, providing one-On-One behavioral support to help clients build essential communication, social, and daily living skills. This role involves collecting accurate data on client progress and adhering strictly to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and an aha-Approved cpr certification, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities, strong interpersonal skills, and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
