Pilates Studio Instructor

The instructor will lead private and small group pilates/Reformer sessions, ensuring client safety through modifications and corrections while delivering an engaging, positive experience reflecting the ymca brand. Key duties include educating clients on movement, supporting retention through relationship building, maintaining the studio, and coordinating schedules directly with clients.

Candidates must possess a mat & reformer pilates instructor certification from a recognized program and have a minimum of one year of teaching experience, along with a strong grasp of anatomy and movement principles. Required qualifications also include current cpr/Aed and first aid certification (Or obtaining it within 90 days) and maintaining a positive, service-Oriented attitude.
