Nursing Professional Development Practitioner / Med Surg / RN

The nursing professional development practitioner supports the competence and growth of nurses and healthcare personnel by applying the anpd practice model across onboarding, competency management, education, and quality improvement initiatives. Primary duties involve coordinating orientation, delivering continuing education, developing assessment tools, and coaching staff for career progression.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, along with an unencumbered nursing license approved by the georgia licensing board and current bls certification. Required knowledge includes the anpd scope and standards of practice, strong communication skills, and proficiency in microsoft office and lms platforms.
