Core responsibilities
The rbt will implement individualized behavior plans by providing one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy in home and community settings. This includes using specific techniques, promptly entering accurate electronic data, and collaborating with clinical leadership.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and are preferred to have rbt certification and prior experience in aba therapy. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and cpr certification (Or willingness to obtain) are also necessary.
