Core responsibilities
The behavioral health technician will implement individualized treatment plans by providing direct one-On-One support and behavioral interventions to clients across various settings. Responsibilities also include monitoring client progress, documenting behaviors, and utilizing de-Escalation and coping strategy techniques as directed by clinical supervisors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services. Required qualifications also include the ability to pass a background check, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and cpr/First aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
