Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism in center-Based or home-Based settings, focusing on teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills. Responsibilities also include collecting data to monitor progress and providing regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals.

The position seeks passionate individuals who love working with children and making a difference, with no direct experience necessary as comprehensive onboarding and training are provided. Candidates must be available all day monday through friday from 8 am to 5 pm and must pass a background check.
