Candidates must be members in good standing with the usa hockey coaching program and ideally possess at least two years of coaching or playing experience in youth sports programs. Essential requirements include the ability to demonstrate on-Ice/Off-Ice activities, strong interpersonal and motivational skills, a flexible schedule availability (Especially evenings/Weekends), and current cpr/First aid certifications.
