Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

Behavior technicians implement treatment plan targets by engaging children on the autism spectrum in fun activities to increase desirable skills and decrease challenging behaviors within a clinic-Based setting. Responsibilities include observing client reactions to their environment and documenting progress using a results-Oriented approach like applied behavior analysis.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and be available to work full-Time monday through friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with occasional saturday make-Up sessions. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience working with special needs children are preferred.
