Academic Support and Success Coach

The academic support and success coach will develop and deliver academic support coaching to students in the clinical sequences of allied health sciences programs to enhance student retention. Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty to identify learning needs, delivering individual and group support services, evaluating intervention outcomes, and participating in recruitment and marketing activities.

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a healthcare or clinical background, and teaching experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess 3-5 years of related work experience and proficiency in microsoft office suite and social media.
