RN-Residency Program

This is a one-Year or rn residency program requiring daily computer-Generated training and extensive on-The-Job training in the operating room alongside experienced nurses. Progress will be tracked weekly, leading to an evaluation by the nurse manager and assistant nurse manager upon completion of the computer program and yearlong training.

Candidates must be a determined registered nurse with a minimum of one year of medical-Surgical rn experience, and a nursing degree is required, with a bsn being preferred. A current nys rn license is mandatory for participation in this residency program.
