Family Centered Treatment Specialist

The specialist provides quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families using the family centered treatment (Fct) model, which includes delivering services primarily in home/Community settings and maintaining 24/7 on-Call coverage for their caseload. Key duties involve completing required clinical documentation, developing and implementing service plans in coordination with the treatment team, and facilitating client movement through the four phases of fct treatment.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is required, along with two years of experience working with youth or families.
