We strive to empower families by connecting them to resources, services, and community opportunities that foster inclusion and growth. Key Responsibilities The Family Support Specialist (Bilingual) is a key member of the Family Support Services team and plays a vital role within Solidaridad. This position provides comprehensive, family-centered, and culturally and linguistically responsive support to families of children and adults with disabilities. The Specialist helps families navigate complex service systems, strengthen their advocacy and leadership skills, and build meaningful connections through service systems resource coordination, community mapping, and family empowerment support.
