Direct Support Professional - Otsego Region

The role involves assisting individuals receiving services across educational, residential, and community environments with all aspects of their lives. This includes supporting activities of daily living, personal care, promoting choice and independence, and ensuring protective oversight.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory overtime and overnights, possess professional communication skills, and be able to lift 50 lbs independently.
