The specialist will use play and evidence-Based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills, delivering sessions both remotely and in person at homes, centers, or in the community. Responsibilities include following personalized clinical plans and celebrating client milestones.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have at least 6 months of experience in applied behavior analysis (Aba), with virtual experience being preferred. The role requires flexible availability, reliable transportation, and comfort working with diverse populations.
