Health Plan Trainer

This role is responsible for addressing the training needs of health plan staff and contracted providers by developing training materials, communications, and activities across areas like provider training, case management, medical management, compliance, and claims adjudication. The position involves developing individualized and group training programs based on regulations, contractual requirements, business needs, and audit findings.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with two years of training experience in an insurance and/Or healthcare environment and three years of related experience in case management, disease management, utilization management, or behavioral healthcare/Long-Term care, covering professional, dental, and institutional claims types. Strong proficiency in microsoft office, organizational skills, and communication abilities are essential.
