The Athletic Trainer will work alongside the Head Athletic Trainer to deliver daily healthcare services to student athletes, typically starting with lunchtime treatments and continuing through afternoon practices. A key component involves not only injury management but also contributing to the formation of young people in line with the school's mission.
The preferred candidate should possess demonstrated experience and expertise in athletic injury and illness prevention, initial assessment, first aid, treatment, rehabilitation, and administration. Candidates must be certified and licensed in Arizona before employment, with preference given to those experienced at the high school level working with various sports.
