FFT CW Case Planner, II

The case planner ii will provide specialized therapy using the fft-Cw model to 10-12 families to reduce risk and prevent out-Of-Home placement of children. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive intakes, maintaining regular client contact, and assisting families in implementing intervention strategies.

Candidates should be career-Minded individuals seeking a full-Time position with outstanding benefits, participating in training for and providing specialized therapy. A master's degree or working towards one is preferred, and a valid nys driver license with access to private transportation is required.
