Youth Leader - Valley

The youth leader supports the site director by engaging with youth in a nurturing childcare setting, delivering engaging curriculum for before/After school programs and day camps, and promoting positive relationships with youth, parents, and the community. Essential functions include supervising children, providing opportunities for youth leadership, maintaining a clean and safe site, and adhering to all safety and procedural guidelines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and must register in the merit system, apply for background clearance/Fingerprints, and complete required trainings, including ten stars hours annually. Preferred experience includes working with children, and applicants must demonstrate an ability to develop authentic relationships and commit to inclusion and ada compliance, along with providing mmr vaccination proof.
