Group Fitness Instructor

The instructor will provide extraordinary service, utilizing excellent listening skills to engage members and lead programs designed to help them reach their full potential and build committed relationships within the ymca community. Essential functions include upholding the ymca mission, providing high-Quality programs, fostering member relationships, communicating policies, and maintaining a safe exercise area.

Candidates must possess excellent customer service and verbal skills, along with a required group exercise instructor certification. They must also be able to work with all age groups and ability levels while modeling the ymca core values and demonstrating strong leadership and presentation skills.
