Assistant Teacher, Children's Courtyard of Indianapolis

Assistant teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. This role also involves developing the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, alongside effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must possess the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience, along with the energy and dependability required to engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. A passion for working with children is essential for inspiring them to become lifelong learners.
