• Job Summary Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School, a St.
• Louis Archdiocesan coeducational college preparatory high school serving grades 9–12, seeks a full‑time, certified Foreign Language Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year.
• Applicants must demonstrate the ability to teach in an urban, college‑preparatory environment, possess a strong academic background, and hold a valid Missouri State Teaching License (Master’s degree preferred).
• Dual credit or Advanced Placement credentials are preferred but not required.
• The employed person is expected to: Articulate and uphold the policies, procedures, mission, and vision of the St.
• Louis Archdiocese and Cardinal Ritter College Preparatory High School.
• Properly plan and deliver high‑quality instruction using the Gradual Release Model, create assessments that promote higher‑order thinking, integrate instructional technology, and implement project‑based learning activities.
• Maintain a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, utilize the school’s online student data system, and effectively use Google applications.
• Candidates must also demonstrate a commitment to the vocation of teaching and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Language, World Languages Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)● Missouri State Teaching Certification in the applicable language (required)● Strong content knowledge and proficiency in the target language● Experience teaching in a college‑preparatory and/or urban educational environment (preferred)● Ability to prepare students for advanced coursework (AP/Dual Credit preferred) Compensation Salary based on degree level and years of experience (somewhat negotiable); includes a comprehensive benefits package.
