Early Head Start Home Visitor - Bilingual

The role involves evaluating and monitoring infants and toddlers (0-36 months) to identify educational needs, developing and implementing appropriate educational programs, and providing weekly 90-Minute services to families in their natural environment. Responsibilities also include supporting families in achieving their goals, collaborating with team members on developmental baselines, and advocating for parents as their child's first teacher.

Candidates must possess an associate degree or higher in early childhood education, or a cda credential, along with two years of experience in an early childhood setting, with home-Based experience preferred. A mandatory requirement is being fully bilingual in both spanish and english, in addition to holding valid cpr and first aid certifications.
