Y Club Youth Leader

The role involves ensuring the safety and well-Being of elementary-Aged children while leading age-Appropriate enrichment activities such as games, arts and crafts, stem projects, and physical activity. Responsibilities also include modeling positive interactions, enforcing rules respectfully, and building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Minimum age requirements differ

16 for youth assistant and 18 for youth leader, with the leader role preferring a high school diploma/Equivalent and some college experience. Candidates must be able to actively engage with and supervise children, requiring physical stamina, alertness, and emotional stability, and must adhere to state mandates regarding reporting suspected child abuse.
