Sports Camp Counselor

Sports camp counselors are responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate camp experience for children through structured sports activities and games. This includes modeling ymca core values while supporting skill development, teamwork, and positive sportsmanship among participants.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic knowledge of various sports and age-Appropriate skills to teach fundamental techniques. Required qualifications include successful completion of a background check, child abuse & neglect screening, and holding current first aid/Cpr/Aed certifications.
