Position Summary
- Indiana School of Phlebotomy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Alumni student to assist our Campus Coordinator at ISP. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic educational environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of our school and its programs. Please note: This is a short-term, temporary position for graduates of Indiana School of Phlebotomy. This internship is 100% in-person. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create and organize class boxes and first-day start kits for new classes
- Assist with inventory management and participate in taking inventory
- Prepare and stock laboratory supplies before classes begin
- Vacuum and mop floors to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
- Assist with laboratory setups and operations during class sessions
- Administer NHA exams
- Send email reminders for classes and respond to phone calls, providing information about the school
- Print out and administer student certificates
- Pick up and manage donations
- Stock bathrooms and clean if needed
- Assist in training the successor for this position as the current internship approaches its conclusion Ideal Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Take initiative and ability to work independently
- Demonstrates the ability to manage sensitive information in accordance with HIPPA
Requirements
- Educational Background/Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- No criminal history
- Must be a graduate of Indiana School of Phlebotomy, and in good standing
- Authorized to work in the United States of America Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 30 pounds at a time, and be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
