- Job Responsibilities Faith Formation and Integration
Model and promote Catholic values in all interactions Incorporate faith-based principles into daily lessons and classroom activities Foster a respectful, inclusive classroom environment rooted in Catholic teachings Participate in liturgies, prayer services, and religious celebrations
Instructional Excellence
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum, state standards, and NSBECS Deliver instruction appropriate to the developmental needs of 3rd grade students Use a variety of instructional strategies, including differentiated instruction Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a love of learning Integrate technology to enhance instruction and student engagement
Student Development

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Valid teaching certification appropriate for elementary education Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church Strong knowledge of Catholic teachings and commitment to faith-based education Experience teaching at the elementary level, preferably in a Catholic school Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance instruction
