Preschool Teaching Assistant - Alma

The teaching assistant will support the classroom teacher by implementing curriculum, supervising playground activities, and handling direct childcare needs such as feeding and diapering. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe learning environment and assisting in the intentional response to challenging behavior.

Candidates must be willing to work with developmentally at-Risk children and possess the ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and adapt their approach based on a child's needs. A high school diploma/Ged is the minimum requirement, though one year of professional experience working with children is preferred.
