Summer Camp Counselor - Little Rock

The summer camp counselor is responsible for classroom management, ensuring treatment plans are carried out, and maintaining appropriate child engagement for learning while fostering a positive classroom environment. This includes implementing daily lesson plans, ensuring curriculum completion, updating required reports, and maintaining classroom supplies.

Candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse groups and be able to work with children from birth to age 21 and at-Risk families. A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or ged, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy setting.
