The registered behavior technician development coordinator implements onboarding, training, and development for rbt team members while supporting children's psychosocial and developmental needs through scheduling and direct/Indirect implementation of aba services. This role also involves planning and executing age-Appropriate activities and events, assisting with staff onboarding, and ensuring compliance with treatment plans under bcba supervision.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be a certified registered behavior technician (Rbt), with 2 years of experience working with children and families preferred. Essential abilities include effective communication, handling multiple tasks in a busy environment, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
