Career Preparation Counselor

The counselor is responsible for delivering structured, scheduled, and documented individual career and social-Development counseling sessions during the career preparation phase (Cpp). Key duties include developing personal career development plans (Pcdp), managing student adjustment, ensuring accountability documentation, and providing crisis intervention.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with at least 15 semester hours of instruction in social services-Related subjects, along with two to three years of related experience or training. Minimum qualifications also require a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a drug test and background check, and proficiency in computer skills.
