Core responsibilities
The teacher's aide supports the lead teacher in implementing play-Based, age-Appropriate lesson plans aligned with minnesota's early learning standards while fostering a positive classroom culture. Responsibilities also include active child supervision, assisting with developmental observations, maintaining the classroom environment, and supporting positive daily interactions with families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must meet the minnesota department of human services (Dhs) teacher’s aide qualification requirements and must possess or be willing to obtain cpr/First aid certification within 30 days. Previous childcare experience is preferred, and the role requires the ability to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 65lbs and frequent bending/Kneeling.
