Lead Infant Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing play-Based, age-Appropriate lesson plans that align with program philosophy and state standards to foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. This role also involves observing and assessing each child's progress to tailor instruction and maintaining positive, safe classroom culture.

Candidates must meet minnesota dhs qualifications for a lead teacher in a licensed childcare center and demonstrate experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting.
