Child Development Technician (Kids First, Springdale, AR)

The technician provides quality direct patient care for young children, including serving meals, assisting with feeding, diapering, and dressing, while also providing developmentally appropriate behavioral guidance during scheduled activities. Responsibilities include following directions to deliver individualized developmental services in a child-Centered and family-Focused manner, establishing learning environments, and applying curriculum to meet treatment plan objectives.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged plus six months of experience in child care, though other education like ccot, cda, aa, or a bachelor's degree in a related field can substitute for experience. Applicants must also pass state abuse registry checks, drug screening, and submit to or provide proof of tb testing and required immunizations.
