Child Development Technician (Kids First, Fort Smith, AR)

The child development technician assists the early childhood development specialist in providing care and intervention to young children aged birth to five with developmental delays and special medical needs. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care such as feeding, diapering, and dressing, and applying curriculum to meet treatment plan objectives.

A minimum qualification is a high school diploma or ged plus six months of experience in child care, though additional education in early childhood education or a related field can substitute for the experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the united states by their start date.
