Assistant Child Care Teacher-Indianapolis-Wing Walkers

The assistant teacher will assist with hands-On activities tailored to the needs and interests of the children while maintaining open communication with parents regarding daily milestones. Responsibilities also include ensuring a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and providing necessary teaching coverage across different classrooms or age groups as needed.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and must pass required state and company background checks. One year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred, along with the ability to meet physical requirements such as frequently lifting children up to 40 pounds.
