Before and After School Care Instructor (Weekdays 2:45-6:00PM) $500 SIGN ON BONUS- Waukesha

The instructor is responsible for coordinating daily activities, providing a safe and nurturing environment for school-Aged children, and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans. They must actively participate in daily activities to engage students and monitor safety at all times.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and must complete required coursework in school-Age growth and development within two months of hire. Willingness to obtain various certifications like cpr, first aid, and mandated reporter training is necessary, with prior experience in a licensed early learning program being preferred.
