Swim Instructor - Waukesha

The swim instructor will provide direct leadership, instruction, motivation, and a safe environment for students in swimming classes under the direction of the aquatic director. Essential duties include conducting engaging swim classes according to the y of the usa's program and communicating student progress to participants or parents.

Candidates must pass an advanced swimming test and possess current state-Approved first-Aid and cpr for the professional rescuer certifications, with a minimum age requirement of 15. Applicants aged 15 specifically require lifeguard certification, and all must be able to work in hot, humid environments and lift a minimum of 50lbs.
