Early childhood Nature Play Teacher

This role involves collaborating with the department director to create and execute programs and curriculum that promote healthy living and youth development while ensuring safety and licensing standards are met. Essential duties include actively supervising and engaging with children, assisting with personal care needs, maintaining a safe classroom environment, and building positive relationships with guardians.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in a related field and be at least 18 years old, possessing a high school degree or ged or be working towards completion. Required certifications include cpr and first aid within 60 days of hire, and mrtq certifications within 30 days of hire.
