The student nurse tech assists patients in the rehabilitation process under the direction of a registered nurse, completing daily assignments and obtaining vital signs. They also reinforce rehabilitation techniques and communicate effectively with the rehabilitation team.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited nursing school and provide proof of completion of the first year or fundamentals of nursing. Basic life support (Bls) certification is required, along with cpr certification.
