Child Care - Support Teacher

Daily responsibilities include managing classroom needs to support children’s well-Being and nurturing a love of learning through a child-Centered approach utilizing social-Emotional, steam, and nature-Based activities. Educators must also maintain regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth.

Candidates must comply with all vermont public health and child care regulations, pass a state-Required background check, and serve as a mandated reporter, ensuring classroom environments meet naeyc’s anti-Bias early education standards. Specific educational qualifications, such as a vermont early childhood career ladder level 1 or 2 certificate or a cda plus experience, are also required.
