Child Care - Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher

Daily responsibilities include managing classroom needs to support children’s well-Being and nurturing a love of learning through a child-Centered approach utilizing social-Emotional, steam, and nature-Based activities. Educators must also maintain regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth.

Candidates must comply with all vermont public health and child care regulations, pass a state-Required background check, and serve as a mandated reporter. Specific qualifications include meeting one of several criteria involving vermont early childhood career ladder levels, cda, specific course completion, or college credits plus 12 months of relevant experience.
