The nursing professional development practitioner (Npdp) is responsible for coordinating the education, training, and professional development of clinical staff within the medical group clinics, including outpatient clinical orientation and competency maintenance. This role also assists with jcaho continual readiness planning, data audits, and the development of policies and procedures, requiring some travel to off-Site locations.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be a registered nurse (Rn) with a bsn, and 5 years of nursing experience is required, with 5 years in the applicable clinical specialty strongly preferred. A master's degree in nursing education and certification in clinical practice/Specialty practice are preferred, along with experience as a clinical preceptor.
