About the Opportunity As a Paraprofessional, you’ll: Support classroom teachers and case managers in implementing academic and behavioral goals Work one-on-one or in small groups with students with special needs Provide behavior support and interventions Assist with crisis intervention when needed Support Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Help students develop independence with daily living skills Collect and record data accurately Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times You’ll play a key role in helping students succeed — academically, socially, and emotionally.
