Market context
Connecticut school districts and youth-serving programs commonly seek behavioral health clinicians to support students with counseling, crisis response, and care coordination. These roles are competitive because employers often want a master’s degree, CT licensure eligibility, and a valid driver’s license, while benefits such as PTO, dental, vision, and EAP support can vary by district.
