Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school degree and are required to have registered behavioral technician certification, along with cpr and de-Escalation/Restraint certifications. Preferred qualifications include at least six months of experience working with individuals with idd, with one year preferred, and some college coursework in helping professions.
