Youth Care Worker I

The youth care worker will be directly involved in supporting young people by leading activities, teaching daily routines, and assisting residents in communicating their needs and goals within a therapeutic environment. Responsibilities also include transporting residents to appointments and engaging them in various activities.

Candidates must be 21 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent; all necessary training will be provided by the employer. Applicants are also required to complete a predictive index assessment to help determine job fit.
