Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for structuring the learning environment and daily routine using the established curriculum, providing weekly written lesson plans aligned with pa early learning standards, and creating individualized plans for diverse children's needs. Duties also include ensuring health and safety compliance, active supervision, teaching social-Emotional skills, and following all required health and safety procedures.

Accepted educational requirements include an associate's degree in early childhood education or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 18 credits in early childhood education. Preferred qualifications are a bachelor's degree in early childhood education accompanied by a pa teaching certificate.
